Cyndi Nesser

 Cyndi Nesser is thrilled to be working once again with Kristina Cervone, having previously served as Kristina’s paralegal. Returning to work alongside Kristina was an easy decision, and Cyndi is grateful to be part of the team.

With more than 35 years of experience in the legal field, Cyndi brings a deep and well-rounded background across multiple areas of practice in Arizona, Nevada, and Ohio. She has spent over 17 years focusing on family law, where her knowledge, attention to detail, and steady presence are invaluable to both attorneys and clients.

A true Arizona native, Cyndi was born and raised in the state before spending 16 years in Ohio. She has since returned home to Arizona with her husband, Gerry, and their beloved fur babies, Gretchen and Elsa. Outside of work, Cyndi enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, baking, and crafting.

Cyndi understands that family law clients are often navigating some of the most challenging moments of their lives. She takes pride in providing compassionate, dependable support and hopes her work helps ease the burden during those difficult times.
